Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our customers. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the package. Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Please note that for shipping outside of Europe, the shipping costs are an estimate and additional costs such as the shipping rate, customs fees or taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be billed separately by us or the shipping carrier.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
